2012 Rally Registration Form

Click on the below link to "save" the 2012 Rally registration form to your computer. When the file downloads to your computer, you will see a dialog box asking you where to "SAVE" the file. Select an appropriate folder under your "My Documents" (such as NUMC folder), then click ok to save. You will fill out the form (after printing) to send in and register for the rally.
